Let’s take a scenic hike on the picturesque Ala Kahakai trail along the coast from Spencer Beach in North Kohala to Mauna Kea Beach. Meet at the large pavilion in Spencer Beach Park, off Kawaihae Rd, just past the intersection with Highway 19.

Be sure to bring sufficient water and a packed lunch (light snacks will be provided). Mauna Kea Beach and Spencer Beach are also good places to cool off with a dip.
