This week's parashah is Ki Tavo - כִּי-תָבוֹא ("When You Enter [the Land]") D'varim/Deuteronomy 26:1–29:8
- Moses instructs the Israelites to tithe the first fruits - ten percent of their crops - for the Levite, the stranger, the orphan, and the widow.
- He tells them to inscribe the words of the Law on large stones for all to see
- Recalling the miracles witnessed in the wilderness, Moses says God promises great blessings if they obey His mitzvot faithfully in the new land; but terrible curses if they do not
