Maui Jewish `Ohana - Meeting in Kula

5:30PM - 7:30PM

Dear ‘Ohana,

As we continue to hear the devastating news of the attacks on Israelis and escalating violence in Israel/Palestine, we as a community are feeling shock, anger, fear, grief, and more. We mourn the tremendous loss of hundreds of precious souls.

Many of us on Maui have strong ties to Israel/Palestine and to people we love there. We are personally impacted in many different ways. We are also continuing to live with the more local trauma of the fires.

With so much unknown, we want to offer the opportunity to gather together, to share our thoughts and feelings, and to simply be together. We’ll meet on Monday evening at 5:30 in Kula to sit together and share our range of thoughts and feelings. This gathering is not intended to be a call to action but rather an opportunity to support each other during this difficult time.

Contact Rabbi Sandra or Ellyn for exact location.
