Support Groups & Workshops

We offer different support groups and workshops in person and on Zoom.

Various on-going groups cover specific topics like caregiving, grief, depression, domestic violence, antisemitism, and other experiences as they come up.

We also offer periodic workshops where we partner with other specialists on specific topics related to staying healthy and safe.

We often send out emails with the latest workshops so make sure to fill out the “Request More Info” so we can contact you!

We also have social clubs open to anyone looking for connection. See our “Activities” page to see what’s happening or contact your island specific care manager to talk about the most recent happenings.

Grief

While death is a normal part of life, it’s not always easy to cope with the aftermath of losing someone. We run grief support groups that are not faith based.

Caregivers

This group meets virtually and sometimes in person. We support friends and family of loved ones who need support because of their chronic or sudden needs due to medical or psychiatric problems.

Antisemitism

Join others in discussion about being Jewish in these challenging times. This group helps their members feel less alone being the “only Jew” at times, especially in response to world events.
