Giving your time is a valuable way to help support our mission of helping people stay healthy, safe and connected.

Volunteer activities could involve any of these:

• Picking up food at the local food bank and delivering it to someone
• Calling an isolated senior
• Visiting someone in their home who can’t easily get out
• Being the “go to” to a new Hawaii resident
• Providing transportation and support for medical appointments or to a social event
• Plan an activity or lunch with someone who is alone
• Taking care of a pet while someone is in the hospital
• Offering an arts and crafts activity or leading a hike
• And/or whatever other ideas you may have
